Perfect color match but... October 17, 2007

This is the second set of Catch-All mats that I have owned. The first set I purchased in 1999 when they utilized a plastic velcro type of fastening system that clipped under the plastic sill cover and to the front mats. It was a marginal system at best. I recently replaced the vehicle that had the Catch-All mats in them and I was anxious to try Nifty's new screw type fastening system. I followed the instructions to a "T". The mats match my interior perfectly as far as color and fit. (I own a 2006 Yukon XL with grey interior (pewter)). I find that the mats shift easily with the slightest pressure when getting in or out of the vehicle. You can hear the plastic caps pop off when getting out so I have to fiddle with them all the time to put them back on. The second and third row mats are great as well as is the cargo mat. They also include a small rectangular piece which I wasn't exactly sure where it went so I used it for the space between the two captains chairs in the second row leading to the third row.
So in a nutshell - the mats look and fit great but fastening system is questionable. They should have used 3 - 4 fasteners instead of 2 on each side.
