| The lightweight bouncy seat features an ocean-themed fabric seat with harness restraint (machine washable), calming vibrations, a baby- (or parent-) activated toy bar, and a pretend tank filled with swimming fish, bubbles, colored lights, and music. Infants can bat at fish and seahorse to activate music, lights, and sounds (and stimulate sensory development, by the way). Four selections of music and sounds (with volume control) allow ocean waves, a babbling brook, summer rain, or lullabies to wash over Baby. The removable toy bar features brightly colored toys with spinners, teethers, and textures to stimulate baby's sight and touch. This really has been a wonderful addition to our home and our baby always loved this. He would sit and watch the little fishies spin and listen to the music or the bubbling sound effects. He never seemed to be bored! I would feed him in this and after his meal, attach the toy bar and have at least 15 minutes to straighten up and clean up. It worked great for me to catch 10 minutes here and there. Sometimes he would even fall asleep when I would use the vibrating feature.
Luca used this from about 2 months until about 9 months and I changed the batteries 3 times.
I liked having the ability to change the sounds from music to water effects. This bouncer enables you to put it in interactive mode where your infant's movements will cause the toy bar to react with lights and sounds. Perhaps around 5 months,my little guy discovered and really enjoyed this feature. All your baby has to do is wiggle or kick their little feet while seated in this and their little movements will make the toy bar react. You can also switch the toy bar's lights and sounds into a continuous mode. This is great for when your baby is younger.
I was sorry when my son outgrew this because it was something he enjoyed so very much.
Our neighbor is now using it for their 3 month old daughter and they love it as much as we did.
One final and wonderful feature of this is the ease of removing the pad the great way the fabric washes. Mine was always in the washer and dryer and never shrunk or faded! The plastic cleaned extremely well. After 6 months of continuous use and cleaning, this product looks brand new!

This bouncer honestly saved my life when my newborn came into the world. At times, as new parents, we could not figure out how to soothe our baby. (Now we are pros with a baby who is happy and sleeps through the night for 12 hours since he was 4 months old!) Anyway, we finally found out that occassionally he just wanted to be left alone. When we put him in his Aquarium Bouncer, he was immediately soothed by the vibrations, soft music, and the sound of bubbling water. He even fell asleep in it several times. I would bring this chair into my bathroom and set it next to the tub while I soaked in a bubble bath. What a luxury! At 7 months, we still use this on occasion when he is fussy in the evening and not yet ready for bedtime. He is a big baby and will outgrow it soon, which is sad. I wish he could stay little forever! But this bouncy chair was worth the small investment. It still looks brand new and I will be saving it for my next baby...

My 2 month old son has tons of fun in his bouncy seat. I can put him in it and he will be entertained for at least 20 minute stretches which allows me to shower, make dinner, etc. He loves to kick and bounce and I actually caught him smiling at the little fish! It was EASY to put together and does not drain batteries too quickly. I would (and have)recommend it highly.

My 10 week old baby LOVES this bouncer. We put it on the baby activation mode and he will play for a good 20 minutes totally enraptured by the bubbles. We had put him in it from when he was first born but he never lasted too long in it until he could really start to see better. This was a wonderful purchase and gives me time to get things done around the house.

My son has a different chair, a vibrating rocker actually. He likes that one too but this one is a clear winner. The bouncy is better than rocking on carpet. The toys are for kicking, not for hitting with hands, which means he's getting the hang of it now at 4 months though he was batting at the other toys at 3 months. The toys on the other chair were detachable so you could choose others--not so with the aquarium.
...but none of this matters because I never want to change anything!
before Connor could swing arms or legs he learned he could bounce the chair, which swings the toys, which activates the music and bubbles. this activation is nice even if the child doesn't know he's working it--the more active the baby, the more active the toy. if the baby sleeps, so does the music.
the music is mostly not obnoxious. I've had this chair (actually my niece's, who is only 3 weeks old) for 2 months and I'm not too sick of the music. my only complaint about the "5 songs" is that it cycles between 5 songs. I don't get to choose to turn one of them on or off.
the "soothing ocean sounds" put my husband to sleep, too.
