I purchased an ipod touch a few months ago. It comes with a usb cable which charges it, but I don't like it. First off charging through the computer is slow and you have to leave your computer on for it to work. I usually charge at night. I was having to leave my computer on several nigts a week which uses more energy. Second there are a lot more wall outlets around to charge it on than computers. I recommend buying this set. It comes with a wall charger and a 12V car charger. The price is SOOOO much better than the apple version of this. It was $30!!! This costs about $7 with shipping!! Works well and fits my needs and wallet!!!

This turned out to be an excellent deal for a pretty cheap price! Everyone knows how much iPod related items are marked up these days, but this combo deal gives you both the wall charger and car charger for one cheap price! Plus, you no longer are constrained to the mobility of your computer for having to charge your iPod up! This is an excellent buy and they are made with durable materials. Sometimes you get those cheap sets that look like you could get them out of a gumball machine, but these look durable enough to last through the life of your device. I highly recommend this package deal!

This is really great!! It is worth your money. I like the blue light the wall charger gives off. It is really awesome. I had bought a $20 wall charger from walmart, but i returned it to get this set and I am glad I did.

Ahem... before I say anything, I want everyone to know that I am 12, almost 13. So please don't think I don't know what I am talking about. Now, about the iPod chargers. The car charger I keep in our car, and it comes in handy when we're driving far. The wall charger goes everywhere w/ me, but when I'm @ home, it stays in my bedroom. If you people say they're cheaply made of plastic, DUH! If they were made of metal they'd electracute you, or if they were made w/ wood, they'd burn up. Besides, it's only three bucks for both. What did you expect? Plastic made for a millionare? Anyway, they have not shortcircuted my iPod touch, which is a refurbished 8gb 2nd generation. Just thought you people would like a positive opinion before you buy, but also an honest opinion. Now you have one.
P.S. If you say I write like an adult, it's because I'm in 8th grade even though I'm 12.

Got an iTouch for myself and also purchased the adapter set along with it. Very satisfied. The only concern for down the road might be a wire breaking inside the line since they are fairly small and delicate. The design of the iTouch makes it so the adapter wire can break from being bent because is plugs into the bottom of the device. If it plugged into the side it might be easier on the plug in. However, I have already gotten my money's worth out of it. Really appreciate the feature of the lines being on a kind of pulley to retract when not in use and so not be a tangle of wire when not in use. I have not used the car adapter part yet.
