I was very skeptical at first to try a diet pill but after reading all the great reviews I ordered them. It's only been a week or so but I've lost at least 4 pounds! I don't know if it's the effects of the pill but I sleep much less as well. I have no trouble going to sleep or anything like that but in the past I felt pretty lethargic throughout the day and needed naps or when I woke up in the morning I always felt groggy and disgusting but the past few days have been great and I neither need naps nor wake up tired. Like other reviewers said I am more thirsty through the day but more water can only be better right?
I simply don't feel the urge to eat as much. I feel fuller faster, I eat less frequently, and weirdly don't crave the same unhealthy foods I did in the past. SUPERB!

before i started on this diet pill, i was losing 2 lbs. per 10 days. after i started the pills i averaged 5 lbs. per 10 days. i wont stop now until my goal is reached of 100 lbs, so far i am at 12 lbs and i weigh in again in four days...

Honestly you are going to love this capsules, no side effect and you feel great because controls your appetite, Just make sure you drink lost of water.

Lingzhi was recommended by a friend of mine who gained alot of weight during her pregnancy, which is the same case with me. She lost over 30 pounds in 4-5 months and looks really good. I am always worried when taking any kind of diet pills that I will feel weird or not be hungry all day and then be starving at night. I have now been taking Lingzhi for a month and have lost 15 pounds!! No dizziness or weird feelings, I actually feel great! This really does help curb your appetite and dissolve the fat. I ordered 2 more bottles and plan to keep taking them even after I reach my ideal weight.
