I have used this product since aug. 08 My weight was at 169 and a size 18 and now i am down to 142 and a size 10. I have another 10 to 15 pounds to go. The only side affects was not drinking alot of water i got really dizzy...SO DRINK LOTS AND I MEAN LOTS OF WATER>

I am super surprised at this product. I am overweight and purchased yet another product that is supposed to make me loose weight. I have been taking this for 6 days and to my surprise...it actually works!!! I have lost 3 pounds and I am really not trying hard as I initially had little faith in it. I would STRONGLY suggest getting it.

I thought you dropped this in water to make a glass of juice. There are no instructions in English. I guess you take this like a pill. I did not understand that at first. It made me feel a little sick. I did loose weight.
