It percolates up to 100 cups at a cup-a-minute rate and then automatically switches to keep-warm, serving-temperature mode. These coffee urns are a great buy. Well worth the money. They make 100 cups of coffee in less than an hour. Very easy to clean and maintain.

If you're buying one of these, you know it's just a big coffee pot, but this one really perks quickly. It also takes a lot of abuse and holds up well. I use mine weekly for a crowd of about 200. It gets filled twice in one night, gets rinsed and tossed back into the cabinet to be used again next week. It still looks nice and works well.

Me and my co-workers have been using West Bend coffee pots for over 20 years... They are the best. I don't understand why they changed the basket though.. We've had these pots last up to 4 years. Thats making coffee 24 hours a day..

This is nice looking unit. The spigot is high enough off the table that even a tall mug can fit underneath without having to tip the mug. It is easy to clean. And it seems very efficient: We use the same amount of water but less coffee than our previous coffee maker and it comes out just as strong.
