Product Description From Le Creuset comes this 1 1/8-qt. Loaf Pan: White - part of their Poterie Stoneware line.
Amazon.com Review Everything from banana bread to meat loaf bakes superbly in this classic deep-dish loaf pan. Take the dish right out of the freezer or refrigerator, place it in the oven, microwave, or even under the broiler, and it's ready to take center stage on the table. Made of commercial quality stoneware and coated with colorful porcelain enamel, the loaf pan tolerates oven temperatures up to 500 degrees F, and resists scratching, chipping, staining, and cracking. A generous rim on all sides ensures a good carrying grip when hot. On the inside the baking pan measures 8-1/2 by 4-1/2 by 2-3/4 inches. Like all Le Creuset ware, the pan is dishwasher-safe. --Ann Bieri

Fine, heavy loaf pan May 19, 2007 Hornbeam (Boston, MA) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This is a loaf pan with heft. The thick walls seem to perform as advertised, retaining heat and baking contents evenly. I've used the pan to bake bread and salmon loaf; both turned out well. Also, the pan cleans up easily
It's a Loaf Pan! May 12, 2007 Jennifer L. Ford (St. Louis, MO) I got this free with my Le Creuset purchase. Thus far, I haven't used it yet, but I love their quality. I have tons of stoneware, and plan on making banana bread soon.
Beautiful November 12, 2007 Kimmy Gorgeous loaf pan. Bread cooks evenly and does not stick. This is my first piece of Le Creuset and I will definitely be back for more.
crueset cookware November 29, 2007 sun angel (Florida) I am pleased with this cookpan because not only does the food stay warm longer it can be taken directly from the oven and placed on the table in the same pan. It is versatile ;durable and matches with any table decor. My daughter has already placed dibs on it :-)
