I got this keyboard as therapy for my husband who is senile. He used to play the piano but in all our moves prior to retiring we just couldn't cart a full size piano around. We're now in a small, one-bedroom home and just don't have the room. The keyboard came on time, was easy to set up and really sounds like a piano. My husband is actually playing it and I'm extremely happy with it. If you're looking for good sound at a good price, this is it!

I just began taking keyboard lessons and my instructor said Yamaha was the best keyboard you could purchase. I went to Sams Club, Toys R Us and other stores but they all cost more than I wanted to pay as I was just a beginner. I found a Yamaha keyboard in my price range but it did not contain an adapter, headphones, and stand. I would have to purchase these items separately. I then remembered that I had purchased some music CDs and DVDs for my son at a great price on Amazon.com. I decided to try Amazon and couldn't believe the great price they offered for a Yamaha keyboard with all the accessories and FREE SHIPPING!!! Great deal! I now will check with them first!

My Hubby bought me this set for Christmas, and I am loving it! It has a wonderful sound of a real piano which is exactly what I wanted as I don't have the room in my house for a full size piano. I'm also enjoying a lot of the other instruments that come with this keyboard.
I do agree with the reviewer who mentioned that the stand is not as good as it could be. I have found that pushing the keyboard back a little made it fairly sturdy (well, for me anyway)
All in all, this is a super keyboard!

Nice sounding.....but headphones piece came loose and stuck in keyboard. The headphones are obviously not of good quality. For the money it is still a good deal.

Very pleased overall with the keyboard. The tone is great and it's a wonderful instrument to begin learning the keyboard on. The stand is our only complaint. The keyboard simply floats on it and there is very little stability.
