I've had this headset almost 2 years and I really like it. I have never needed a volume adjustment or mute button, so I'm not missing that.
For what this costs it is definitely worth it!

For a relatively inexpensive headset I feel that the sound quality is very good. Light weight and seems sturdier than some I have owned at this low price.

I bought this headset to go with a Panasonic phone to do a 'home-work' job. I wear the set for hours and it's very comfortable. It's light and doesn't hurt your ear. It's simple to throw into a bag as it folds well.
I cannot fault this product and if I lost it, would buy exactly the same one again.

Best $18 I've ever spent. I work out of my house and it's made my many phone calls bearable. The sound is clear and everyone can hear me just fine.
