Don't bother with cheaper inflators, this is good for AC and DC connections.
W\It's compact, look like the built is good, but the platic hose connection looks fragile.
I like the auto shut-off feature, I have seen it only in few inflators.

We got the Inflator for use with our F350 Super Duty Pickup. It has exceeded our expectations, by far. Others have mentioned the short Power and Inflator leads, but this has not posed a problem for us. We are more than pleased with this purchase.

Quality construction. Reliable inflation and pressure gauge and cutoff switch (for preset pressure). Inflation is noticably faster than other inflators. Gauge is easy to read. Moderate noise levels with NO irritating or annoying high frequency (pitch) clanking/knocking of metal parts. Moderate weight. Nice carry latch for easy movement and carrying. Easy to access and use storage compartment on top for cords, air hose, and accessories. AC and DC power switch. Firm, soft floor contacts prevents movement, isolates vibration, and silences all contact with the ground.

I bought it primarily to keep my cars low profile tires at the right psi. Once I figured out how to use it, it works great. The only annoying feature is that it shuts itself off between each fill. Also make sure you set the gauge for about 5 above where you want to be. It's then easy to bring it down 1 or 2 rather than trying to put in 1 or 2.
Works as advertised and it's portable!

If you are considering purchasing this product for various uses at home, such as tires (cars and bikes, etc), mattresses, sport balls, and almost anything that need inflation, this product is the answer.
Two cons: you'll need an extension cord and the PSI dial is not digital so you'll need to guessimate the actual PSI or you can get a digital pressure gauge to accurately measure your PSI.
