What a great time! July 5, 2006 aflowerlover (Cincinnati, OH USA) 31 out of 32 found this review helpful
We bought the Splash Bomb Water Slide locally last Spring. The 7 year old and 14 year old had such a great time with it, we kind of splurged and got 3 slip `n slides to replace it when it finally tore after about 10 hours of hard use. The first one we put up was the Aqua Leisure Spray and Slide Family Pool. The design looked great, and if it could have only held air, it might have been really fun. But the air plugs wouldn't hold and we were forever adding air to all the bladders, and it tore quickly. Nice design, horrible fabrication. Shark's Revenge Water Slide was our next slide to assemble. The slide is long, but didn't have the comfort advantage of an inflated slide. Plus, it had this odd shark head part that 1) had an odd sized port for adding water, and 2) wasn't stable enough to stand up so the kids could slide through it. Bottom line was that while it looked fun in the pics, it wasn't worth the money for just a long piece of vinyl. Our third replacement took us back to the Splash Bomb, and it was the hit of the birthday party last weekend for the now-8-year-old. We had kids from 3 to 30 jumping in and loving it. And it was sturdy enough to go through that without getting torn. Splash Bomb gets my heartiest endorsement.
This pool is a hit! May 31, 2007 Francine Derrico (Yorktown Heights, NY) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
My 4 year old and 2 year old boys both loved this pool. They absolutely love the boogie board and the water slide. Setup was fairly easy but I do suggest an electric air pump (it takes a lot of muscle to use a manual pump to inflate it!!). It is a great value for the price. I would definitely recommend it.
So much fun July 16, 2007 Linda (New Jersey) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This provides my kids of hours of fun. The only thing that could be a little bit better the way the slde attaches to the pool it tends to shift alot. As long as you keep your eyes on it you will have just as much fun watching the kids play on it as they are. We love it. Great buy.
Not bad for toddlers June 18, 2007 Molly Schaefer (Jackson, MO United States) 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
Got it for my 4 yr old son....he LOVES IT....my 7 yr old nephew on the other hand - loves it but is a bit big for it.. Having problems with where the water hose hooks to the side for the sprinkler part of it. Other then that - hey worth ever penny!
Big hit with Grandchildren and on our second year! June 27, 2008 Carolynce (Minnesota) We bought three pools and this slide is their favorite. We are now in our second year of playing with this. It has taken a beating and still no holes. Even our golden retriever has been in the pool. The only issue is the yellow flap connecting slide to pool tore but it still works fine. Love it and the price is great.
