This is so very handy. You can adjust your own instead of dropping it off at a jeweler and waiting for it.
Watch Band Link Remover December 13, 2007 Kerry Doyle (Pennsylvania) This tool really works well, now I don't need to let some klutz bust up my watches just to change out or resize a watch band.
Husband loves it! January 11, 2007 M. D. Conner 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
My husband loves this tool, and overall it is great. Having said that, the pins are REALLY easy to break, and some of his watches won't fit into the block.
A must have for people who buy wrist watches November 9, 2008 J. Norton (Union, NJ) When I buy a watch I hate having to go to the mall to get it adjusted. This tool saves me a ton of time so I can actually start wearing the watch on day 1. The tool is very easy to use but you must be somewhat careful with the pins as thin pieces of metal can be easily bent or even snapped. I learned that the hard way but it was no big deal as I assume the manufacture thought ahead and gave you extra adaptors.
there are better tools out there January 11, 2006 K. Wong (USA) 23 out of 24 found this review helpful
This tool kit does the job i suppose. But beware, the base does not accommodate all bracelet sizes. My citizen eco-drive watch was such a tight fit, it left scuff marks on the bracelet. One of the .08 pin snapped already after 3 uses. Finding the right angle and amount of pressure gets tricky when you cant fasten the bracelet securely to the base. I would venture to guess the pin removal tool with the turn knob is a better buy regarding this issue, as well as replacement of bracelet pin.
