I don't understand the lousy reviews for this product. It's been copied many times, and is pretty much a standard for watch repair, some brands even include one in their boxes.
Can't beat the price. Buy it!

Works amazingly well. Also useful for enlarging pin pockets at ends of Italian leather watch band. I highly recommend this tool.

I found this tool to make adjustments in watch bands a piece of cake. I was able to swap out watch bands and remove links from others. I highly recommend this well made, inexpensive tool.
