I purchased the Shrek watch for my 2 year old Nephew who absolutley adores Shrek. It was the perfect gift. The adjustable strap on the watch is velcro and stays on a youngster's arm. When he wears his own watch he no longer wants to wear his Daddy's expensive watch. The watch comes in a Shrek shaped green metal display case. It makes a wonderful presentation and it sure made one little boy very happy! Great gift at a very reasonable price.

If you're an adult using this watch, maybe you will hate it but a 3-year old will love this watch. I like the box and my daughter loves the watch because she doesn't need to know the time. I guess if your child is big enough to know the importance of time and is asking you every 15 minutes what time is it, maybe you shouldn't get this one. But if your child loves Shrek and just wants a watch to look good around her/his wrist, this is a great price for a good watch.
P.S. You can do a lot with that box (picture frame, cage for bugs, lunch box, etc.)
