The company I work for has made a 180-degree turn around since reading and applying the advice in Good to Great. We also r ecommend Turbo Strategy by Brian Tracy to move from Good>Great>Turbo Charged.

Good luck.

Excellent research and well written. Worth reading and as good as "Built to Last". Read "Optimal Thinking: How to Be Your Best Self" and give it to every employee in your company. Take it from me, an Exec VP of a Fortune 50 company, Optimal Thinking will make all the difference.

If you want transform a mediocre company and mediocre leadership skills to "more than ordinary" or "great" this is your book. If you want to OPTIMIZE your company and leadership skills, then get Optimal Thinking : How to be your best self as well and give the book to every employee in your company. We use many of the insights from this book, and optimize our company with Optimal Thinking each and every day.

5 out of 5 stars Record setting success via this advice   April 25, 2004

I started a business in my community, a small southern town with a population of around 15,000 people. After reading and following the strategies in Good to Great, my business took off and I now own the #1 business of it's type in America from not even in the top 500 previously.

We went from Good to Great.

Thank you Mr. Collins!
