Great money magazine, better than SmartMoney and Money January 12, 2008 T. Tom (SF Bay Area, CA United States) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This is probably the best money magazine out there. I tried SmartMoney but didn't like the format and the ratio of ads to articles and features was too high on the ads side. Kiplinger's is much better and also their telephone customer support is very good. I highly recommend this magazine.
MPG - 2006 Auto Comparisons January 6, 2006 Barbershopper (Saco, ME USA) 4 out of 5 found this review helpful
Outstanding comparitive review of new vehicles for 2006. Combined with Consumers report evaluations, no reason to go into dealership with many questions. December 2005 issue a "must have for serious lookers" contemplating purchase.
A must-read for every thinking person March 22, 2007 Dee (PA United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have been a reader of Kiplinger's Personal Finance magazine for over 3 years now, and can attest to the usefulness of this magazine in educating me on every nuance of personal finance. It directs you to other information online...saves a ton of time. Good features include the rundown of the best credit cards, bank accounts on a monthly basis, and mutual funds on an annual cycle. It is less glossy than Smart Money or Money, but much more educating, I reckon. I read Money at the local library. Try it for yourself. You have my recommendation.

A good magazine if you are new to the game of investing or new to the game of budgeting or new to the game of saving or new to the game of self employment or new to the game of MONEY! How does Rich Dad Poor Dad say: You shouldn't work for money...money should work for you! Yes this is true
Everyone should read this mag September 10, 2007 Diane L. Williams (Denver, CO) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Kiplinger's has really helped me to save and invest through the years. Like most people, I'm not a Wall Street investment tycoon, just an average person, working for a not so big paycheck, but wanting to invest for my future. Articles explain taxes, mortgages, investments, retirement, etc. in an easy to understand way. This has been a great educational source for me over the years, helping me to invest in a comfortable manner for me and watch my investments grow to provide a financially better life.
